What to Expect Under Mazloum’s Leadership
Fans and guests can look forward to several exciting developments under Mazloum’s leadership. One of his primary focuses will be improving attraction reliability and addressing the frequent breakdowns that have plagued the park in recent years. Additionally, he will work to balance the efficiency of the Lightning Lane system, which has led to longer standby waits at popular attractions. Mazloum is also committed to enhancing the guest experience by focusing on cast member training and morale.
